Actually, yes, my sex (life) has been better”


I beamed like the proud teacher I am.


I know my classes work. My techniques are based in science.


Lots of science.


I’ve listened to lectures from physicians and sex educators. I’ve been certified in yoga, Pilates and sensual dance for years. In fact, I’ve been teaching group fitness for 22 years.


And over the last few years, Pilates for Better Sex has evolved naturally as my personal workout plan. So yes, I know it works from both the research it’s based on and from my own experience!


She smiled. Like a big, almost embarrassed but mostly proud smile.

I’m not a doctor, and I’m not diagnosing anyone or prescribing any medications or therapies. My job as your fitness instructor is to look at the research and put together the best workout plan I can.

What is this class? It’s a blend of deep breathing, specific stretches, Kegel variations and targeted Pilates exercises. The goal of every section of this class is to enhance your sex life.
